Event Fees

Important note: in accordance with our insurance provider and SCA CIC UK policy, membership in either the SCA CIC UK* or an SCA affiliate** is required for all attendees in order to be covered under our insurance. Membership is £15 for an adult for one year.

Accommodation Fees

ON-SITE ACCOMMODATIONS (per person for two nights)

£65 B&B Main House
£40 Tower Bunk

Beds in the Main House will allocated by a lottery system. (Our accessible rooms will be allocated by a separate lottery for those with relevant access needs.)

The lottery will take place seven days after reservations have opened.

If you have not yet booked or have missed the deadline for the lottery, you will be added to the waitlist. If rooms become available due to cancellations, we will offer them to those on the waitlist. Otherwise, we would recommend that you book alternative off-site accommodation or opt for a Tower Bunk instead.

Tower Bunks will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Reservations for Tower Bunks will remain open until all bunks have been allocated.
