We look forward to seeing all our friends old and new in the green fields of Insulae Draconis.​

St Bede’s Fair is named after the Venerable Bede, whose feast day is 25 May. St Bede is most famous for his work Historia ecclesiastica gentis Anglorum, the Ecclesiastical History of the English People, written in the early Eighth Century, and because of it he is often referred to as ‘The Father of English History.’

Pricing information:

£35 per person camping (Fri-Mon) adult


£20 per person camping (Fri-Mon) concession

£5 per person per day trip (capped at £15) concession


Children 17 and under free of charge

Concession rates are for student, senior, unwaged, hardship, or disability.

SCA MEMBERSHIP:

In accordance with our insurance provider and SCA CIC UK policy, membership is required for all attendees in either the SCA CIC UK* or an SCA affiliate** in order to be covered under our insurance.  One year of SCA membership is only £15 individual / £29 family - SCA UK CIC [Membership Portal]
